Welcome to Give Up & See, operated by Venmara. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Give Up & See.

2. The community

Give Up & See exists to encourage people through true stories of resilience. Be kind. Support others.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, child-sexual-abuse material, harassing, hateful, threatening, that incites violence or self-harm, that impersonates others, or that is spam or a scam. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a licence to host and display it inside the app so the community can see it. You are responsible for what you share, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Moderation & enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Stories are screened automatically on creation, and may be auto-hidden when reported by enough distinct users or flagged by our safety tools, pending review. You can report any story or comment from its "•••" menu, and you can block other users so you never see their content again. We review reports of objectionable content and act within 24 hours — removing the content and ejecting users who post it. Authors can also delete their own stories at any time.

6. Safety, not medical advice

Give Up & See is a peer-support and storytelling space, not a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, use the helplines in the app or contact your local emergency services.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Give Up & See is not liable for user-generated content or for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
